House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. Children are permitted; infants are not allowed. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The flat is compact at 31 square metres. The kitchen is within the sitting room and is suitable only for light meals.
