House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. The fireplace is not for guest use. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The flat is on the first floor, reached by stairs. Parsons Green tube station and the White Horse pub are a short walk away. Neither the bedroom nor the en-suite has a door. There is no TV.
