This 37 sqm flat has an open-plan living and kitchen area with pastel pink and blue finishes, wooden flooring, integrated wardrobe storage and a seating area overlooking a Juliet balcony. A dining table can be used for meals or working from home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and tableware. A concealed combination washer-dryer is provided. The flat has air conditioning, central heating and free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed.

The bedroom has one bed and a freestanding bathtub at its foot. The en-suite bathroom behind the bath has a shower and toilet. Neither the bedroom nor the en-suite has a door. There is no TV, and the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parsons Green tube station, the White Horse pub, cafés and restaurants are a short walk away. Stairs lead up to the flat.

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
