The light-filled living room has pale wood floors, period furniture, eclectic furnishings and a home library. French doors open onto a balcony running the length of the home. An arched doorway leads to a separate dining room, which also opens directly onto the balcony.

The compact galley kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, central heating, television, ironing equipment, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided.

The principal bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed and television. A spiral staircase leads to four top-floor bedrooms: one with a double bed and three with a single bed each. These rooms have sloped ceilings and views of Parisian rooftops; two bedrooms have desks. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower.

There is an elevator. The home is suitable for children and infants. There is no air conditioning; each bedroom will be fitted with a floor fan, and French doors provide natural ventilation in the living areas. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Nearby métro line 3 provides direct connections to Grand Boulevards, Opéra Garnier and République.
