## About the house

The estate accommodates eight guests in four bedroom suites, each with a private en suite bathroom, television and storage. Three suites are in the south wing; the north-wing suite has direct pool access and a walk-in closet. The standard sleeping arrangement is four king beds; one suite can instead be arranged with two extra-long twin beds. Indoor spaces include a living room with a fireplace, a billiard room, a media room, six flat-screen televisions, a dining area seating 10–12 and a well-stocked kitchen with a large center island. Outside are a poolside pavilion with dining and lounge areas, another lounge around a fire feature, a hard-lined barbecue station, a bocce court, fruit trees, lawns, umbrellas and chaise lounges.

Free-form pool with an integrated waterfall spa. Optional pool heating requires an additional service fee and must be requested before arrival. Pool heating is available in minimum three-day blocks per request. The heating fee may not be included in the quoted price on some booking platforms. Spa heating is included at no extra cost.

Palm Canyon Drive is less than a half-mile stroll away. Ruth Hardy Park is one block away.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. Dogs only; no other pets are allowed. Request optional pool heating before arrival; an additional service fee applies, with a minimum of three-day blocks per request.
