## About the house

The 2,081-square-foot condo has mountain views from all rooms, including views of the north face of Vail Ski Resort. The living room and kitchen overlook the Lionshead ski slopes. A balcony, gas fireplace and central air conditioning complement the living space.

The full kitchen includes cookware, ample counter space, a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove/oven, with a dining area. A gas grill and outdoor seating are available. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television, cable/satellite, books and a video library are provided.

Lion Square Lodge facilities include a year-round heated outdoor pool with changing rooms, hot tubs, sauna and a shared fitness room. The north building has a fitness room and hot tub on the main level, plus shared card-operated washers and dryers. The Trails End restaurant is in the South Lobby. Services include a concierge in the main lobby, a 24-hour front desk and slopeside ski valet; Charter Sports is near the lobby entrance.

Bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, linens, towels and spa robes are provided; children's robe sizes are available on request. Other amenities include a bathtub, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron and a safe in a bedroom closet. The condo has a private entrance and self check-in; the building has an elevator. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Events are allowed.
