The studio has a sitting area with a sofa bed, a corner workspace, a boot-and-coat storage hutch and a walk-out patio with mountain and ski-slope views. Food preparation amenities include a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Entertainment includes a television, cable/satellite, DVD playback and books. Heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and a safe are provided. Spa robes are supplied, with children's sizes available on request.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool heated year-round, three hot tubs, a sauna and a shared fitness room. The building has a 24-hour front desk, a concierge in the main lobby, a business center, an elevator and slopeside ski valet. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers and Charter Sports ski equipment services are on the second floor. El Sabor restaurant is just off the main lobby and offers takeout and grab-and-go meals. Resort amenities access and concierge/in-home services are available.

Vail General Store and Lionshead Liquors are around the corner, and Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away. A free shuttle bus serves Vail Village, with an easy walk to the bus stop. The studio has a private entrance and self check-in.
