The home accommodates up to nine guests and has two bathrooms, smart TVs with a sound bar, a fireplace and portable heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, island benchtop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. An internal laundry provides a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ and shower. Bed linen, hot water and an iron are provided. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Bathroom 1 has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and vanity and is combined with the laundry.

Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Peak periods may be subject to mandatory move-in days under the booking terms.
