The 12-by-7-metre chlorine pool is open all year round, with depths from 1.20 to 2.50 metres, a lateral ladder and Roman steps. It is about 50 metres from the rear of the villa and can be heated in summer by solar panels. The pool area has lighting, a roughly 60-square-metre sun deck and 10 sunbeds.

Santa Venerina is 2 km away. The Ionian Sea at Stazzo is 8 km away, Santa Tecla is 9 km away and Taormina is 34 km away. The final 500 metres of access is a narrow two-way road that is partly paved with some irregularities and partly unpaved. The grounds have covered parking for three cars.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted up to medium size, with mandatory extra cleaning for animals. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
