House rules
Sunday check-in is at 16:00 and Sunday checkout is at 10:00. No smoking is marked as new in 2027. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended, and children must not play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gates or locking systems malfunction or if its operation is abnormal. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs.
Getting there
The oceanfront beach is steps away via a private walkway with steps. Currituck Lighthouse and historic Corolla Village can be reached on foot or by bicycle. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA requirements, and access may involve steps or thresholds.
