# Lindenwood Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home has three levels connected by an elevator, ocean-facing decks and a private beach walkway with steps. The mid-level entrance opens into a foyer and private den/bedroom. Three mid-level king ensuite bedrooms have ocean views and deck access; this level also has a bunk ensuite, a queen sleeper-sofa ensuite and laundry facilities. The lower level has a king ensuite bedroom, a bunk bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, a media room and a recreation room with a pool table and kitchenette. Laundry facilities are also available on this level. Upstairs, the open-plan great room and kitchen face the ocean through large picture windows. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, an island and bar seating. A dining room and sitting area with a wet bar and double-sided gas fireplace provide additional gathering space. Two top-level king ensuite bedrooms have deck access and custom tile showers; one has a private deck. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a covered patio and porch, outdoor furniture, a poolside cabana bar, gas grill, dune deck and outdoor shower. Entertainment includes multiple TVs, satellite TV and a theater/media room. Beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. A whirlpool tub is also available. For 2026, beach cabana service runs May 25–September 12, with morning setup and afternoon removal of two umbrellas and six beach chairs. Five beach chairs are separately listed as a home amenity. Welcome Program starter supplies include paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, hand soap and toilet paper; guests provide additional supplies for the rest of their stay. An elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA requirements, and access may involve steps or thresholds. Sunday check-in is at 16:00 and Sunday checkout is at 10:00. No smoking is marked as new in 2027. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended, and children must not play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gates or locking systems malfunction or if its operation is abnormal. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs.
