Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is mandatory and is charged with the rental. Electricity is charged separately on site at NOK 4 per kWh. Bed linen and towels are not included; bed linen can be rented. Pillows, duvets, firewood, and final cleaning are included.

The sea and fishing are 300 m away. The nearest shop and town are 10 km away. Kristiansand Zoo is a 1.5-hour drive away. A boat can be rented if booked well in advance; boat availability and rental terms apply.
