The house

The home occupies four levels: basement, ground floor, upper floor and attic. The ground floor has a living room with a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, a dining table seating five, an open kitchen and a guest WC. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The basement and upper floor each have a double-bed room and a bathroom with shower and WC; the basement bathroom also has a steam-bath function. The attic sleeping room has a double sofa bed. Both double beds are box-spring beds, and all three sleeping rooms have flat-screen TVs. There are four TVs in total, digital television and a radio. The garden has two furnished terraces, a parasol and two beach chairs, one on each terrace. Heating, window privacy screens, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel warmer are provided. Included services and supplies comprise bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial supplies, bathroom essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property.
