# Lighthouse Twelve Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house Built in 2018, the home has contemporary beach-house furnishings, extensive covered decks and ocean views, including panoramic views from the great room. There are 12 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The main house's second level has four king ensuite bedrooms, two ensuite bunk rooms and a private den with a queen sleeper sofa and private bathroom. The third level has four king ensuite bedrooms, a great room with a seasonal gas fireplace, a kitchen and an ocean-view dining area. The entertainment wing is reached across a covered deck. Its second level contains a theater room, half bathroom and screened porch with ping pong; its third level has a sports bar, pool table, kitchenette and king spa suite. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, elevated sun deck, gas grill, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, fenced yard and dune deck. A private walkway with steps crosses the dunes to the beach. An elevator serves Levels 1–3. Indoor amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, cable and streaming TV, an arcade game and a whirlpool tub. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. K Club Golf and a welcome program are included among the amenities. Seasonal beach cabana service supplies one 10-by-10 tent and six beach chairs with morning setup and afternoon removal: May 25–September 12, 2026, and May 31–September 11, 2027. Complimentary daily ice delivery runs May 25–September 12: two 20-pound bags are delivered by 10:00 AM to a cooler by the carport or front stairs. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. The elevator serves Levels 1–3; its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Pets are not allowed. No smoking applies from 2027. Special events require advance arrangements and an additional $2000 plus tax fee. Children must not ride the elevator unattended.
