Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
