House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Pets are permitted on request only. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak periods may have mandatory arrival-day requirements, subject to the booking terms.
Getting there
Francis Road may be slippery in winter, and four-wheel drive may be required to ascend in wet conditions. An alternative approach is from the top of George Street. Parking is limited to three cars. Teddy's Lookout is 500 m away, Lorne Pier is 1 km away, Live Wire Park is 2.1 km away, Sheoak Falls is 4.3 km away and Erskine Falls is 11 km away.
