The furnished home has a living area with a fireplace, large windows overlooking bushland, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious deck, balcony, fenced yard and courtyard. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. A BBQ grill, heating, television, washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, bed linen and smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, vanity and separate toilet; both first-floor bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity.

Teddy's Lookout is 500 m away, Lorne Pier is 1 km away, Live Wire Park is 2.1 km away, Sheoak Falls is 4.3 km away and Erskine Falls is 11 km away.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Pets are permitted on request only. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Peak periods may have mandatory arrival-day requirements, subject to the booking terms.
