No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Standard check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee.
Getting there
The beach is a two-minute walk away; Tide Arch Beach Access serves the area. Two grocery stores, shops and restaurants are within one mile. Duck is about a 15-minute drive away. Parking is limited to four vehicles.
