House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027. The charcoal grill is available in 2026 only; a gas grill is new for 2027.
Getting there
Sea Hawk Dr. Beach Access is across from the home, steps away. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac near Duck Village. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
