The home has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms across three levels. The first level has a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a den with a wet bar, microwave and refrigerator, and a laundry area. The second level has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with deck access, a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk, two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations, a den and covered decks. The third level has a king bedroom with deck access, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a great room with a home theater system.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. The dining area and open decks with a picnic table provide indoor and outdoor dining space. Ocean views are available from the decks on both upper levels. Multiple TVs/DVDs, cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, fenced-in yard, screened porch, outdoor shower, basketball hoop and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. A charcoal grill is available in 2026 only; a gas grill is new for 2027. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning and municipal water.

The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac across from beach access and close to Duck Village. Sunday check-in is at 16:00 and Sunday checkout is at 10:00. The home is eligible for early check-in.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027. The charcoal grill is available in 2026 only; a gas grill is new for 2027.
