Level two has three ensuites with deck access: one king with a standing shower, one queen with a standing shower, and one queen with a shower/tub combination. A den on this level has a queen sleeper sofa. A half bathroom is on level 2.5. Level one has a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and trundle, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a recreation room with a pool table, and laundry. Spacious decks provide outdoor seating. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Other facilities include a hot tub, whirlpool tub, wet bar, streaming TV, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and electric and gas fireplaces with seasonal availability. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor amenities include a private outdoor pool, five beach chairs, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower, charcoal and gas grills, a basketball hoop and volleyball.
