House rules
No smoking. No pets. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not use the elevator if its gate or door locking system is malfunctioning, or if it makes unusual sounds or moves abnormally; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
Accessible by 4x4 only, approximately 7.7 miles up the beach. The oceanfront home has a private beach walkway without steps and a dune deck. Parking is limited to ten vehicles. Carova Beach has no roads, restaurants or shops. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; access may require steps or thresholds.
