# Life is Golden 4x4, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home has ocean views from two levels, a dune deck and a private beach walkway without steps. Its ten bedrooms each have an attached private bathroom; there are ten full bathrooms and two half bathrooms overall. Sleeping accommodation includes six king beds, one queen bed, two twin beds and four duo bunk sets, each with a double bed below a twin bed. Level 1 has a queen ensuite and an ensuite with two duo bunk sets, plus a cabana half bathroom. The recreation room has a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, skee-ball and a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. This level also has a theater room with tiered seating and double laundry. Level 2 has four king ensuites, one ensuite with two duo bunk sets, one twin ensuite and a den/sitting room. Level 3 has two ocean-facing king ensuites with whirlpool tubs and deck access, a half bathroom, great room, dining area, loft and kitchen with a breakfast bar, two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, poolside cabana, raised stone hot tub, tiki bar, gas grill, outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Other facilities include an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, an arcade game, wet bar, iron and ironing board, and a private well. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave and toaster. The home is approximately 7.7 miles up the beach and is accessible only by four-wheel-drive vehicle. Parking is available for ten vehicles. Carova Beach has no roads, restaurants or shops.
