The home accommodates up to five guests. Its open-plan living area has seating, a smart TV with streaming services and split-system air conditioning. A dining table sits beside the kitchen and covered balcony. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk with a double bed below, a single bed above and a pull-out trundle. Outside are a front yard and free driveway parking. The nearby Hawkesbury River is within walking reach, with local walking trails, cafés and waterfront seafood options in the area. Activities include the ferry to Dangar Island, the Riverboat Postman and kayaking in the bays.

Access is via an external staircase, which may not suit guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage. A boat may be parked near the driveway but is not available for guest use.
