What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 every day. Check-out is before 10:00. Low-season times may be flexible by arrangement.
How is check-in arranged?
Guests are asked to contact the agency one week before arrival with travel and arrival details. Self check-in with directions and a key-lock-box code is available, or meeting at the property can be arranged for a listed fee for arrivals between 15:00 and 19:00.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Internet access is included, with Wi-Fi coverage stated as almost every area of the property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, subject to a 25 kg limit and the exclusion of dangerous-breed dogs.
