The renovated apartment is furnished in a modern style and accommodates up to four guests. It has one bedroom with a walk-in closet, a double sofa bed, a dining table and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. A shared washing machine is on the same floor, with laundry facilities including a dryer in the common entrance hall. An iron is also provided.
A cot is available on request for 25€ per stay, and a high chair is available on request. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations.
The surrounding area has restaurants, trattorias, aperitif bars, pharmacies, boutiques, supermarkets and transport connections. Genoa Brignole train station is nine minutes away by car, and the airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
