House rules
All suites are non-smoking. No extra bed may be installed, except for a travel cot provided by the property. A €500 security deposit is required on arrival by card pre-authorization; it is not charged unless damage, rule violations or unpaid additional costs occur. If there is no incident, the pre-authorization is released automatically; it may be held for up to seven days after departure. A tourist tax of €2.53 per person per night applies. The first night's amount is due in advance after booking. Free cancellation is available until seven days before arrival. For cancellations within seven days or no-shows, the first-night prepayment is not refunded; cancellation on arrival day or during the stay incurs the full reservation amount. Changes are not permitted within seven days of arrival.
Getting there
The suites are in Épernay. Breakfast is served daily at the bar from 08:00 to 10:00; it can also be served in the suite or on the terrace. A terrace is freely accessible.
