House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. The second bedroom with two single beds is for children only. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €85 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A baby cot is included. Internet, heating, personalized welcome and personalized departure service are included.
