House rules
Hotel booking conditions show check-in from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out by 11:00. Hotel rooms are non-smoking and parties are not allowed. The hotel booking conditions state pets are prohibited; the property homepage says pets are accepted in gîtes, and gîte descriptions allow pets, sometimes with a supplement. Gîte cleaning is not included; an optional cleaning service costs €40. Gîte Jonquille and Coquelicot descriptions state this charge; the booking page describes it for other gîtes as well. Spa access for outside visitors requires booking 24 hours in advance; massage reservations require 48 hours in advance. The kota grill can be reserved for lunch or dinner for groups up to 12.
Getting there
The property is in Oberhaslach, in the Bruche Valley, beside the Hasel River. Strasbourg is stated to be 30 minutes away by car in the gîte descriptions; the directions page gives 42 km and about 40 minutes from Strasbourg. The Nordic spa is across the river. The gîtes are located beside the river; no beach access is described.
