The house

The apartment occupies the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. Its private furnished terrace has sea views, and the complex has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

The dining room has air conditioning, a Smart TV and a table for four. The separate kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine, hair dryer, towels, cot and high chair are provided.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are available free of charge. There is no swimming pool. Les Marines beach is nearby, as are supermarkets, beach bars and restaurants. Dénia town centre and its castle are also nearby. Alicante Airport is 106 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 80€/stay. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the apartment tidy before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
