The recently renovated and luxurious Les Dunes offers incredible 360-degree water views plus exclusive privacy. The guest experience at Les Dunes is of utmost importance to the homeowners. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestigious, oceanfront community of Palmer's Island, this estate is one of the only properties on the Outer Banks with an Audubon reserve on two sides and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound.
Expansive grounds allow for the utmost in seclusion particularly because there are no neighbors on three sides of the estate. The homeowners have invested in OBX's precious natural environment by enhancing the biodiversity and landscaping of the estate grounds. They have planted over 500 perennials at Les Dunes, including Japanese black pine trees, magnolias, Russian olives, cactus, juniper varieties, pittosporum, dwarf yaupon, Pampas grasses, and sea oats.
