Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before receiving the access code. The payment link is sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 1.5 km away.
