## About the house

Lemon House 3 is on the first floor, reached on foot, in a residence containing other apartments. The living room has a double sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs.

The first bedroom has a double bed, identified as queen-size in the home features. The second has a bunk bed and a single bed, with access to the balcony. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fans, a television and an iron are available.

The communal swimming pool opens from 20 June to 15 September, from 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Gardone Riviera has historic villas, including Villa Alba, the villages of Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, and the Hruska botanical gardens. Ferries from the waterfront serve Malcesine and other Lake Garda destinations; Malcesine has a cable car to Monte Baldo. Toscolano Maderno train station is 10 minutes away by car, and Verona airport is 60 minutes away.

The apartment is on the first floor, reached on foot. The residence is on a road used by vehicles. The final section of Via Resola, the approach road, is narrow and two-way but easily passable.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies with local regulations, and booking details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
