## About the house

The apartment is on the third floor, reached on foot. Its living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. A balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery is furnished with a table and chairs. An internal staircase leads to the upper-floor bedroom, which has a queen-size double bed and a wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a shower.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and television are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave; a hairdryer is also provided. Other apartments occupy the same building.

The communal swimming pool opens from 20 June to 15 September, from 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Open from 20 June to 15 September, 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The third-floor apartment is reached on foot, with an internal staircase leading to the bedroom. The residence is on a road used by vehicles. The final section of Via Resola, the approach road, is narrow and two-way but easily passable. Toscolano Maderno train station is 10 minutes away by car; Verona airport is reachable in 60 minutes.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount governed by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
