The ground-floor studio is reached by climbing a few steps. Its open-plan living and sleeping space contains a double sofa bed, a dining table and an equipped open kitchen with utensils, a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. The living area opens onto a furnished terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television and an iron are available.
The residence contains other apartments. Its communal swimming pool opens from 20 June to 15 September, between 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–19:00; a swimming cap may be required.
The final stretch of Via Resola, the approach road to the residence, is narrow and two-way but passable. Verona airport is reachable in 60 minutes.
