## About the house

The townhouse offers 1,874 square feet of living space for up to six guests. The open-plan living and dining area has a sofa, smart TV, dining seating for six, and sliding glass doors opening onto a garden-facing lanai. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a private lanai and an ensuite with a soaking tub, tile shower and double vanity. The junior suite and kids room have lanai access and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A powder room is on the main floor. All bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three lanais provide outdoor seating, including a covered patio for outdoor dining.

An office has a desk and printer/scanner. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private two-car garage, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a charge. Guests have access to the community lagoon-style pool, hot tub, clubhouse and shared barbecue grills.

Princeville Center is within walking distance for groceries, cafés and shops. Pu‘u Poa Beach, Hideaways Beach, Queen’s Bath and Hanalei town center are a short drive away.
