## About the house

The home accommodates up to 28 guests across three levels, with nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The top-level great room and second-level sitting area have ocean views. An elevator serves the home, and the large dining table provides space for group meals.

The main kitchen has two refrigerators, a double oven and two dishwashers, plus cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. The ground-level recreation room has a pool table, foosball, a game table and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher. A laundry room includes a washer and dryer.

The theater room has a 75-inch TV, surround sound and reclining leather chairs. Cable and streaming TV are available; guests can use their own streaming subscriptions. Other features include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, a wet bar and municipal water.

Outdoors are a private pool, an eight-person hot tub with ocean views, a dune deck, outdoor furniture, two outdoor showers, two propane grills, a basketball hoop and five beach chairs. The private beach walkway has steps. Corolla Adventure Park, Corolla Village, Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Currituck Club golf course are nearby.

The gas fireplace is seasonal: January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026; January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. Kitchen cabinets, countertops and select appliances were updated for the 2026 season.
