The oceanside king ensuite has deck access, a standing shower and a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom is also on this floor. The second floor has an oceanside king ensuite with a shower/tub combination, plus a queen bedroom and a duo-bunk bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All three bedrooms have ocean-view deck access. The den has a queen sleeper sofa, and the front and back decks each have an outdoor sofa. On the ground floor, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The recreation room has a double sleeper sofa, foosball and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Outside are a private seasonal pool, shaded poolside cabana, hot tub, outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, and a Blackstone gas griddle. A private beach walkway with steps leads to a covered dune deck. Five beach chairs are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are available. Entertainment includes satellite TV; an arcade game is scheduled for 2027. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, microwave and toaster. The home uses a private well. The Welcome Program provides starter paper products, soaps and trash supplies, rather than a full supply for the stay. Guests provide additional supplies.
