- Equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, wine cooler, microwave, toaster, blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. A separate wet bar has a full-size refrigerator.

Pool
Private pool- Heated
Outdoor private pool, size stated as 14 × 32. Standard opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026 and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $250 plus tax per week and is not available in July or August. Extended opening dates are April 11–October 16, 2026 and April 10–October 15, 2027; extending pool dates costs $300 plus tax per week in 2026 or $250 plus tax per week in 2027. A shaded poolside cabana is provided. Pets are not permitted in the pool or hot tub.
