The house

The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area, a fireplace, a 65-inch UHD TV, Blu-ray player, PlayStation 4, an equipped kitchen and a separate guest WC. The terrace and garden have outdoor furniture and a roofed beach chair available approximately April–October. The lower ground floor has a double bedroom, a shower bathroom with WC, a private sauna, a WaterRower rowing machine, washing machine and dryer. The upper floor has two double bedrooms, one with its own balcony, and a shower bathroom with WC. The attic has a further double bedroom. Heating and window privacy screens are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, starter bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through the Sylt Go! scheme.
