## About the house

The furnished, three-level home has nine ensuite bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements comprise seven king beds, two twin beds and two double/twin duo bunk sets. Estimated sleeping capacity is 22.

Level 1 has three king ensuites with standing showers, including an oceanside room with handicap-friendly features; a twin ensuite and a duo-bunk ensuite each have a shower/tub combination. This level also has a den, laundry with two washers and two dryers, access to a cabana with a gas fireplace and tiki bar, and outdoor ping pong.

Level 2 has three king ensuites: one with a standing shower and deck access, one with a shower/tub combination and private deck, and one with a shower/tub combination. There is also a half bathroom, a recreation room with pool table, shuffleboard, card table and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, a theater room, and access to a covered oceanfront deck.

Level 3 has a soundside grand king suite with a standing shower, heated bathroom tile floor, gas fireplace, private laundry and private deck. The level also includes a half bathroom, a great room with a double-sided gas fireplace and oceanfront deck access, a kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, gas cooktop and ice machine, a dining room with wine cooler, a study/executive office and a screened porch.

Outdoor facilities include a pool and hot tub. Recreation equipment includes foosball, pool, indoor shuffleboard and ping pong. Updates for the 2026 season include refreshed pool landscaping, a larger hot tub and a third washer and dryer. Beach cabana service supplies morning setup and afternoon removal of two umbrellas and six beach chairs, available April 27–September 26 in 2026 and May 31–September 11 in 2027.
