## About the house

The apartment retains original floors and high frescoed ceilings. Its rooms are arranged one after another, each separated by a door. The entrance opens into a living room leading to the other rooms, and the living area includes a sofa, table and Smart TV.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. Both have high ceilings with LED lighting highlighting the frescoes. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, juicer, Lavazza coffee machine and moka pot, with equipment for meal preparation. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Politeama Theatre and Via della Libertà are ten minutes away. Palermo Lolli Station is a couple of minutes away on foot, with connections to Central Station and the airport taking 30 minutes.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a period building. Rooms are arranged one after another, separated by doors. Palermo Lolli Station is a couple of minutes away on foot; connections from there to Central Station and the airport take 30 minutes. Politeama Theatre and Via della Libertà are ten minutes away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
