Hotel rooms are available from 3 p.m.; villas are available from 4 p.m. All must be vacated by 12 p.m. on departure day. Pets are allowed for €30 per day. A credit-card pre-authorization is requested on arrival for the full accommodation amount plus €100 per person per day.

The hotel is 800 meters from the town center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence; another page describes the town center as a 10-minute walk. A complimentary shuttle serves Saint-Rémy-de-Provence daily; published operating hours differ between pages (7 a.m.–midnight and 7:30 a.m.–midnight).
