The pool is totally fenced and has a travertine surround, lawn, gazebo, sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor solar shower.

The property is approximately 1.8 km from shops and a couple of kilometres from Montepulciano. Access includes 1.7 km of unpaved road. Parking is inside the property, with three covered and three uncovered spaces. The pool is reached by descending a few steps. Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 117 km away.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The garden property is not fully fenced. The pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
