The apartment accommodates four guests near the municipal theater, surrounded by historic palaces and churches. The entrance opens into a living room with a TV and double sofa bed, beside a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and refrigerator.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a balcony. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, plus a small laundry area with a washing machine. An iron, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
