## About the house

The living room has a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and oven. A French door opens onto a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, with views of the swimming pool and Lake Garda.

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a wardrobe and a second small private balcony at the rear of the apartment. Air conditioning is available only in the living room; the bedroom has a fan. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine. A hairdryer, iron and Wi-Fi are available.

The residence's shared swimming pool opens from 1 June to 15 September, from 08:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00. A swimming cap may be required.

A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days before arrival; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
