The house

The apartment is set in the inner courtyard of a Sète building on a picturesque quay, on the second floor with lift access. It has an open-plan kitchen and living room equipped for four people, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large terrace has a dining table and sun lounger and overlooks a school playground.

The two separate bedrooms have one 160 cm bed and one 180 cm bed, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower. Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and toiletries are provided.

The quays are just outside, and the historic centre, pedestrian streets and Les Halles are a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is also close to the station and port. Two secure parking spaces are available inside the residence, with remote-controlled vehicle access.

Self check-in starts at 16:00, with key collection from a key box beside the management agency before proceeding to the apartment. An online check-in form requires guest details and the expected arrival time. A mandatory 500 euro credit-card preauthorization is required before arrival; it is not collected as a payment. Check-out is at 11:00.
