The property is in the hills of the Florentine Mugello. Poggio dei Medici Golf Club is 3 km away, Bilancino Lake is 4 km away, San Piero a Sieve is 4 km away, the Sieve fly-fishing reserve is 500 m away, and the A1 Barberino motorway exit is 10 km away. The access road is paved. The pool is 40 m from the house and requires a flight of steps across the lawn.
