The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a typical house in the upper part of Sète, close to the city center. There is no elevator. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Quartier Haut is Sète’s oldest district, known for its fishing community and artists’ workshops. Free neighborhood parking is available but spaces are often difficult to find; paid parking at Les Halles is 450 m away, a six-minute walk.

Arrival is by self check-in using a key box from 16:00, and checkout is at 11:00. The property is managed by Alexandra Gestion in partnership with GuestReady.
