House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels €2.00, end-of-stay cleaning €74.00, towels €7.00 and bath mat €3.00. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable €800.00 deposit per reservation is secured by credit-card preauthorization with the final payment. Heating, personalized arrival and departure services, and outdoor parking are included. Linen cannot be renewed during the stay, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange keys and arrival time; low-season times may be flexible by agreement. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show. Optional insurance requires documentation and covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor; the building has an elevator. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage sandy beach is 10 km away, and a nearby bus stop provides connections to Biscarrosse Plage. Lake Biscarrosse is 6 km away. Parking is limited to one numbered space. Shops, the weekly market, cinema and village services are nearby. Super U is 1 km away, the nautical centre 2 km, Port de Gourmet 2.4 km, Bisc’Aventure and Biscarrosse Golf 9 km.
